Kabir for Kids is made for parents, grandparents and teachers. We collect very little: the website has no accounts or sign-ups, it does not ask children for personal information, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising pixels or remarketing.

This policy explains how Kabir for Kids, run by Saurabh Mehta and Shivani Mehta in New Delhi, India, handles personal information collected through kabirforkids.com, including when you message us about a school session or simply browse the website.
Children
The stories, songs and dohas are for children aged 5 to 9, but the website is used by the adults around them. It has no accounts, comments or forms for children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, message us and we will delete it.
Information you choose to share
If you contact us on WhatsApp, you may share details such as your name, school, city, role and phone number. On the workshops page, the enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review; the details reach us only if you choose to send that message. We use them to reply, plan a session and keep a simple record. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and actions are useful, so we can improve the website. We record a few interactions, such as playing a video, opening WhatsApp or sharing a page with a teacher. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. It is used for analytics only, not for advertising.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on; everything on the website keeps working.
Videos and fonts
Our videos are hosted on YouTube. A video on this website loads from YouTube only when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Fonts load from Google Fonts. These services receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, and handle it under their own privacy policies.
Service providers
We use a small number of services to run the website and talk to you: Netlify (website hosting), Google Analytics, Google Fonts, YouTube and WhatsApp. Each handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Our own YouTube tools
We use Google's YouTube API to look after the Kabir for Kids YouTube channel, for example to update video descriptions. These tools sign in only to our own channel. They do not access visitors' Google accounts or data.
How long we keep information
We keep a workshop enquiry that does not become a session for up to 24 months. We keep records of sessions for as long as we reasonably need them to run and follow up on the session, or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can choose what to share, block analytics, or ask us what personal information you have shared with us. You can ask us to correct or delete it, subject to any record we must keep by law. If you live outside India, you may have further rights under your local privacy law; message us and we will consider your request.
