Jag mein bairi koi nahin means: nobody in the world is your enemy if your mind is cool and calm. Kabir says that if we let go of our "me first" feeling, everyone becomes kind to us. For children, it links a calm mind with fewer fights, a connection they can notice for themselves.

अगर मन शांत हो तो दुनिया में कोई दुश्मन नहीं। अपना अहंकार छोड़ दो, तो सब तुम पर दया करेंगे और तुम सब पर।
Arjun is sure the new boy in class does not like him. He never smiles, and he sat in Arjun's usual seat.
On sports day they end up in the same relay team. Arjun drops the baton, and the new boy picks it up and runs anyway.
Afterwards, sitting on the grass, the new boy says, "I didn't know anybody. I was scared." Arjun passes him his water bottle.

A good doha for a calm-down corner. Children say "jo man sheetal hoy" slowly, breathing out on "sheetal", which means cool.

Aapa is the sense of "me", pride or ego. Kabir says that when we let it go, we stop seeing others as enemies.
It is traditionally credited to Kabir, the 15th-century poet-saint and weaver from Varanasi. His dohas were sung and passed on by word of mouth for centuries before they were written down, so small differences in wording are common.
